windows version fixed!

with some embarrassment, i must admit that i have received three messages over the past month regarding starseed pilgrim's windows build being broken, and that in all that time i have done almost nothing to fix it except wring my hands over the mere possibility of having to rummage around in all the dusty old starseed pilgrim code and produce a new build.

luckily for me, i was struck today with a brilliant idea: i should just go find a build that i know works, say, from Steam, and re-upload it! so that's what i did, and i can now proudly announce that starseed pilgrim on itch works once more on windows. or, at least, it does for me.

if you've been waiting for a fix, please give it a try now and let me know if you have any issues! if there are more issues, you never know, it may be another month before i do anything about it, but i appreciate any help you can give my slow-moving self.
